Duties
- Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating performance to ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
- Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and coordinating purchasing to optimize product availability and minimize shrinkage
- Oversee all aspects of sales management, including pricing strategies, promotional activities, and merchandising to maximize revenue
- Handle cash management duties such as cashiering, cash handling procedures, and balancing registers at shift end
- Ensure compliance with all legal alcohol sale regulations and store policies while maintaining a safe environment for customers and staff
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Coordinate with suppliers for purchasing needs and negotiate favorable terms to support store profitability
- Supervise daily store activities including stocking shelves, visual merchandising, and ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the store
Skills
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in team management and employee development
