Job Overview
We’re looking for friendly and energetic Banquet Servers and Bartenders to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our special events and regular service, providing top-notch guest experiences through attentive service, beverage handling, and food presentation. Duties
- Serve food and beverages to guests at banquet events and dining areas with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Mix and serve drinks, including wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages, following standard recipes and safety guidelines.
- Set up banquet tables, bar stations, and dining areas to ensure smooth service flow.
- Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Provide excellent guest relations by responding to inquiries and accommodating special requests.
- Follow food safety protocols during food handling, serving, and beverage service to ensure guest safety.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for orders and payments.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food industry roles such as catering, fine dining, or banquet service is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling, beverage service, wine knowledge, and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
- Strong guest services skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and hospitality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with food preparation, serving techniques, and food safety standards is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to catering events, drink service, and POS systems.

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
