Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Create and prepare delicious menu items with precision
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes
- Skilled on Sauté, Broil, Garde Manager and Roundsman Experience
- Assist with the preparation and planning of meal designs.
- Preparing meals and completing prep support as needed
- Assist with creating the schedule, costing, inventory, and labor controls.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fast-paced kitchen
- Current knowledge of trends in the restaurant industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management and organization
- Experience in Back of House (BOH) Operations is preferred.
- Proven ability in teaching and mentoring kitchen employees
- Outstanding communication
- Self-motivated and demonstrates quick thinking
- Ability to work 10–12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Salary $65,000.00 Based on Experience
