Responsibilities
- Set up and close down workstations
- Presenting prepared dishes personably to clients
- Cook dishes to business standards
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Prepare ingredients for use during shift
- Prep, and clean properly for closing
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a cook in a commercial kitchen
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen. communicate and interact with staff & clients effectively
- Ability to multitask & work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday
