Assistant Manager / Team Lead - West

About The Role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager Trainee to join our team in the Retail Trade industry. As an Assistant Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the daily operations of our stores located in multiple locations. Your major end result will be to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. You will be expected to learn and understand all aspects of the business, including animal care, sales, customer service, and inventory management.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 years of experience in retail or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pet care industry
• Experience in a leadership or management role
  
  

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Train and develop team members to achieve store goals and objectives
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Assist in the implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales
