We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bargain Basement Team Member to join our team in Scottsboro, AL. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming bargain basement area, helping customers find great deals, and supporting daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Organize, stock, and maintain merchandise displays in the bargain basement area.
• Ensure the bargain basement is clean, safe, and well-presented at all times.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and tagging new items.
• Provide product information and answer customer questions.
• Support the team with general store duties as needed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

• Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.

Work Schedule
