We are seeking a Coffee Shop & Wine Bar General Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for leading our team, serving customers, setting schedules and entering payroll.

We are seeking a Coffee Shop & Wine Bar General Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for leading our team, serving customers, setting schedules and entering payroll.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality and expedience of customer service
- Train and manage personnel
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Enter payroll information
- Managing staff and staff schedules.
- Set up and coordinate events.
- Take and fulfil catering orders.
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
