THE POSITION
Join our dynamic team as the Value-Based Care & Improvement Collaborative Lead, where you will play a pivotal role in transforming healthcare delivery. In this position, you will spearhead initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and drive cost-efficiency by fostering collaborative efforts across diverse healthcare stakeholders. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding our organization towards innovative care models that prioritize value and quality. Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, RN preferred. LPN, CMA from an AAMA accredited program or emergency medical technician- Paramedic may be considered. Experience: Minimum of three years’ experience in a physician practice. Proficient in EHR, CPOE entry, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Requirements: License/Registration: Current NC license - Registered Nurse, LPN or Current Certified Medical Assistant or current Emergency Medicine Technician- Paramedic
