What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temporary Package Center Representative position at UNC Finance and Operations?
Package Service Representatives (PSRs) are responsible for receiving, sorting, and distributing mail (letters, packages, and overnight deliveries) at the four Package Centers, to students living on campus. The positions will use SCLogic package tracking system and StarRez Housing Software. The positions require a high level of accuracy and confidentiality, as well as compliance with all Federal Mail Regulations. PSRs interact daily with various delivery carriers, professional staff, and residents while providing excellent customer service. Candidates must be comfortable using a computer.
