Primary Purpose of Position
Primarily, this position evaluates the transfer credit of readmitted and continuing students. This position also updates student records with processes such as transient study, duplicate credit, Education Abroad credit, etc. This position is expected to identify processes that can be streamlined and develops appropriate solutions, such as policy or practice changes and developing criteria for data integrity reports related to the position’s tasks. This position works closely with the Transfer Credit team and academic departments regarding process improvements, focusing on accuracy, consistency, transparency, and simplicity for end-users.
Minimum Education/Experience
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from high school and one year of related office experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Essential Job Duties
This position:
- Evaluates and processes the transfer credit of readmitted and continuing students.
- Updates student records affected by transient study, registration changes, duplicate credit, education abroad credit, etc.
- Identifies processes that could be streamlined and develops appropriate solutions, such as policy or practice changes and developing reports to monitor for data integrity reports related to the position’s tasks.
- Works closely with the Transfer Credit Team and academic departments regarding processing and improvements, focusing on accuracy, consistency, transparency, and simplicity for students.

- Works cohesively within a team and is expected to present excellent customer service.
Departmental Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education
- Must be familiar with Banner Student and Administrative
- Should have experience using Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Have a working knowledge of DegreeWorks
- Experience in higher education-in the Office of the Registrar
- Willingness to learn
