Job Description
This is the perfect opportunity for a motivated and driven student or individual looking to gain experience and start a career in the corporate event and gifting industry. Possessing a strong work ethic and the unique qualities of a dynamic overachiever are a must! Discipline and focus are needed to accomplish tasks flawlessly and efficiently. Accountability and ownership of both individual tasks and longer-term projects are essential. The candidate should be extremely self-motivated, driven, committed, and a dedicated team player with the flexibility to multitask and switch priorities. This is an in-office position.
Successful candidates will have the following:
- Excellent Computer Skills – Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Effective, Professional Communication Skills – written and verbal
- Ability to always provide outstanding Client Service, including under tight deadlines
- Attention to Detail
- Problem Solving Skills
- Proofreading Skills
- Ability to travel on-site if needed (available to 21 candidates only)
- A passion for events and the gifting and promotional products industry
What you would be doing at Giftd:
- General Project Manager Support
- Responsibilities may include: Sourcing/Pricing gift options from vendors, proposal building/updating in PowerPoint, generating FedEx labels, tracking shipments, coding/filing vendor invoices
- Quality control and inventory of items arriving to Giftd
- Gift packaging/fulfillment if needed
- Opportunity to work on projects of varying sizes and scope
- Salary: $20/hour
- This is a 100% in-office position
