What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Program Manager position at Unbound IA?
About Unbound IA
Unbound IA is a global growth accelerator for tech brands. For the last 8 years, we’ve helped companies like AWS, Freshworks, RingCentral, Salesforce, and Equinix scale through high-performance demand generation, media, and sales enablement.
Now, we’re building something bolder.
We're evolving from pure demand gen into a full-funnel brand-to-revenue powerhouse—combining strategic brand development, award-winning creative, AI-powered martech, and media activation to help B2B brands grow smarter, scale faster, and lead their categories.
The Role
As Campaigns Program Manager, you’ll own the planning, building, and execution of multi-channel campaigns that generate pipelines for our clients. Your core charter is to turn campaigns into a repeatable operating system—with webinars as a flagship motion—and to ensure every program is launched on time, measured well, and improved each cycle.
This is a highly cross-functional role: you’ll partner with client stakeholders, Unbound growth leads, paid media, content/creative, and sales teams to run campaigns end-to-end—covering webinars, content syndication, demand generation programs, and event support.
If it involves campaign timelines, assets, targeting, workflows, QA, launch readiness, and performance reporting—you own it.
What You’ll Do
Campaign Planning & Program Management
- Build and manage campaign plans per client and in partnership with Unbound’s discipline and solution experts (objectives, ICP/targeting, channels, timelines, dependencies, and launch checklists)
- Translate strategy into execution: briefs, asset requirements, tracking needs, channel workflows, and stakeholder coordination
- Run weekly campaign standups and keep internal client teams aligned on progress, blockers, and next steps
Webinars (Flagship Motion)
- Own the end-to-end production of webinars to strengthen Unbound’s best practices as a webinar provider:
- Topic & audience alignment with client goals and ICP
- Speaker management, prep, and rehearsals
- Platform setup, registration flows, landing pages, calendar processes, and run-of-show
- Live execution support post-event packaging (recording, clips, assets)
- Build webinar playbooks (templates, timelines, QA checklists, follow-up sequences) that scale across clients
Digital Campaign Execution
- Manage integrated digital programs such as:
- Content syndication (vendor coordination, content mapping, lead flow, QA, performance optimization)
- Demand generation programs (paid social support, nurture, landing pages, retargeting alignment)
- Event support campaigns (pre-event promotion, meeting booking, post-event follow-up)
- Coordinate campaign journeys across stages: pre-launch → live → post-campaign nurture and handoff
Sales Alignment & Follow-Up
- Partner with Sales / SDR teams (and client AEs/SDRs) to ensure tight SLAs on lead routing, follow-up, and meeting conversion
- Create follow-up kits and sequences (talk tracks, email templates, asset bundles) to improve speed-to-lead and conversion
Measurement & Optimization
- Own campaign reporting across the funnel: delivery, engagement, lead quality, conversion, and pipeline influence (where available)
- Ensure campaigns are instrumented correctly (UTMs, tracking, CRM/MA workflows, lead source hygiene)
- Run retrospectives and apply learnings to improve the next cycle
Operations & Scale
- Build and maintain reusable assets: campaign templates, webinar kits, reporting dashboards, vendor checklists, QA workflows
- Use AI and marketing tech to speed production, improve personalization, and streamline reporting
