Summary

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Safely transport materials to and from work centers using forklifts or other designated equipment, ensuring materials are properly handled and staged.
- Receive work assignments and instructions from the area Supervisor or Lead and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Operate all assigned equipment in strict compliance with company safety policies and OSHA standards, avoiding injury to personnel or damage to materials, equipment, and property.
- Assist in material handling and warehouse support functions when required to meet department needs or fill in for absent team members.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the Supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment, including sweeping work areas, removing debris, and cleaning equipment.
- Regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds using safe lifting practices.
- Work scheduled shifts and be available for overtime and weekend work as business needs dictate.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support operational goals.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Relevant experience in material handling, warehouse operations, or a similar environment preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with sit-down forklift.
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
