- Take food and drink order from customers accurately and with positive attitude.
- Write patron’s food order slips, memorize order correctly, repeat orders back and enter
- Engage with customers with friendly manner and build relationship with customers for
- Be able to make suggestions: regular customer favorites, popular items and chef favorites
- Full knowledge on Dhamaka food and beverage, and its background.
- Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take actions to correct any problems.
- Collect payment from tables.
- Help rotate tables in timely manner.
- Help other team members as needed.
- Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and ability work while unsupervised.
- Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.
Salary : $16
