What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatch Operator position at UNACEM North America?
Position Mission: Efficiently perform the truck loading process to ensure safe and reliable customer service. This position will report directly to our Dispatch and Security Supervsior.

- Operate the cement transfer pump safely and responsibly to refill other cement silos as needed, maintaining cement inventory and complying with environmental regulations.
- Operate Dispatch equipment to load trucks per DOT regulations and company policy to ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.
- Perform required routine maintenance of dispatch equipment to keep pipes and distribution points clear to ensure reliable product flow and maintain the quality of cement.
- Troubleshoot dispatch equipment to assess problems that require other departments' involvement to repair, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
- Effectively communicate the required work to remedy dispatch equipment issues to other departments to ensure timely repairs.
- Perform housekeeping duties to minimize trip hazards as required by MSHA and company policy.
- Required to work odd shifts, including but not limited to nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Other duties as assigned.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Weighmaster preferred, previous experience preferred.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
