Key Accountabilities
- Identify and implement automation opportunities across business functions to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.
- Design, deploy, and support AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents, ChatGPT, and related technologies.
- Develop workflows, integrations, and business applications using Microsoft Power Platform and other low-code tools.
- Integrate cloud and on-premise systems through APIs, connectors, and automated data flows.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate requirements into technology solutions.
- Manage solution implementation activities including configuration, testing, deployment, and user adoption.
- Provide advanced support for business applications and digital platforms.
- Maintain solution documentation, system configurations, and process workflows.
- Ensure solutions align with cybersecurity, access management, and governance requirements.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend opportunities to improve business operations.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, and related platforms.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, workflow automation, low-code development, and systems integration.
- Understanding of APIs, data flows, enterprise applications, and cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, identity management, and access controls.
- Understanding of business process improvement, workflow optimization, and digital transformation practices.
- Working knowledge of information security, compliance, and governance principles.
- Identifies inefficiencies and develops practical technology solutions that improve business performance.
- Translates business requirements into scalable automation and digital solutions.
- Balances technical feasibility, security requirements, and business objectives.
- Adapts solutions to changing business needs and emerging technologies.

- Frequent interaction with business leaders, department managers, end users, and technology vendors.
- Works closely with Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Sales, and Information Technology teams.

Experience And Education
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, or related field preferred.
- Three to seven years of experience supporting business technology solutions, automation, systems integration, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, AI technologies, or workflow automation preferred.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions.
- Manufacturing, construction, mining, or industrial industry experience preferred.
- Full proficiency in English, Spanish desirable.
