- EARLY COLLEGE STUDENT LEADERStudent WorkerThe position of Early College Student Leader is Open Until Filled so we can find the ideal candidate for our amazing team. This position will work around 15 hours per week, which can be flexible around classes. This is a temporary position with grant funding through June 30, 2026.

As a Student Worker in the position of Early College Student Leader, you will support the Early College Office and the Career Connected Learning grant. With support from various staff members, this student position will help design maps for each high school to show young people what courses they need to achieve their future dreams, help with career exposure events and campus visits, assist with visits to high school classrooms, and help students understand what dual credit courses they should take and then navigate the processes to enroll.

- Current UCC student taking at least six credits with a 2.0 cumulative GPA or higher and no disciplinary record.
- Interest in graphic design, marketing, public relations, or educational administration preferred.
- Be in good financial standing with the college.
- Ability to work with diverse students without judgment.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Possess strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Be able to handle confidential information and maintain discretion.
