As a TRIO/SSS Academic and Career Advisor, you will provide comprehensive academic and career advising, mentoring, and educational guidance to both new and continuing students. You'll help students explore options, set meaningful goals, and create action plans to reach them. This position also involves maintaining student records, collaboration with faculty and staff, and connecting students with campus and community resources to support their overall success.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social science, education, human services, communication, or similar field.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience.
- Proven written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated sensitivity and experience working with students and/or individuals from diverse social, economic, academic, and cultural backgrounds.
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience developing and presenting courses, workshops, and/or training.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience advising in a high school or college setting.
