About the Role:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by building new and expanding existing relationships with clients.
- Ask questions to identify client needs and offer appropriate products and services.
- Refer clients to the appropriate business partners within the Bank when needed.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by acknowledging, identifying, and offering products and services in a timely manner.
- Develop relationships by consulting with customers.
- Deliver and package detailed clerical support for deposit and consumer loan accounts, business accounts, collections, and wires.
- Back up Client Service Specialists.
- Stay current on products and procedures.
- Resolve customer issues and requests.
- Demonstrate proficiency with basic business, consumer, and trust entities.
- Learn consumer lending and begin mentoring other team members about products, services, and business partners.
- Support the Assistant Manager with operational duties and tasks.
About You:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of products and services offered.
- Able to follow Standard Operating Procedures.
- Cash handling, balancing, and calculating skills.
- Able to complete multiple and varying customer requests in a timely fashion.
- Focused on learning to expand the customer relationship with emphasis on creating new relationships and expanding existing relationships using a personal and business bio and rapport with customers.
- Familiar with state laws regarding products and services.
- Able to become NMLS certified.
- Prior Client Service Specialist or banking experience preferred.
- Bilingual, preferred.
