Patient Concierge (Clinics & Surgery Center)

The Patient Concierge ensures that patients, their families and guests have an unparalleled excellent experience! This role will serve as the face of the Clinic and Surgery Center (CSC)and as a fount of information, and we proactively set the stage for the patient experience. The person in this position will provide and/or coordinate guest reception, and review and verify appointment information. They will also function as the primary resource person(s) in identifying and resolving patient needs within the (CSC)! This shift is Monday thru Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. In this role, you will: Greet and assist patients and visitors as they enter the building, providing exceptional customer service and wayfinding support. Escort and transport patients in wheelchairs safely to and from their appointments. Coordinate oxygen tank delivery and other patient support needs as requested. Assist with escorting emergency medical personnel (EMS) during rapid response situations and other urgent events. Partner with clinic and hospital staff to ensure patients receive timely and coordinated care. Support front-line operations by monitoring waiting areas and responding to real-time patient needs. What You’ll Need: High School Diploma/GED 1 year of customer service or patient scheduling/registration experience Physical ability to assist patients in wheelchairs and perform light lifting as needed.
