What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage site Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs
- Ensure compliance with EPA, TCEQ, OSHA, and internal standards
- Oversee ISO 14001 & 45001 management systems
- Drive incident investigations, corrective actions, and prevention programs
- Conduct audits, inspections, and safety meetings to promote safe operations
- Partner with leadership to implement“Let’s Go for Zero” safety initiatives
- Lead and develop the EHS team and site safety culture
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, Environmental, or related field
- 10–15 years of EHS experience, including plant/manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (EPA/TCEQ/OSHA)
- Experience with ISO standards, risk assessments, and safety programs
- Proven leadership skills with ability to influence and drive change
