Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling of restaurant staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and timely delivery of orders.
- Coordinate with bartenders to maintain a well-stocked bar and provide excellent beverage service.
- Manage catering and banquet events, including planning, coordination, and execution.
Experience:
- Previous experience as an assistant manager or in a similar role within the restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of food production processes and techniques.
- Familiarity with bartending and beverage service.
- Experience in hotel or catering operations is a plus.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
