The busser/server position supports daily restaurant operations by keeping the dining and buffet areas clean, organized, and well-stocked. This role helps maintain a positive customer experience by assisting guests when needed and ensuring all service areas are tidy and efficient. Key Responsibilities: * Restocking: * Refill utensils, napkins, cups, and drink stations. * Restock buffet items such as plates, bowls, and serving tools as needed. * Cleaning & Maintenance: * Keep the buffet area clean, organized, and presentable at all times. * Clear dirty plates and trash from customer tables promptly. * Wipe and reset tables quickly for the next guests. * Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including floors and service stations. * Customer Assistance: * Help customers with drinks or basic questions when needed. * Provide friendly, welcoming service and direct customers to staff for additional assistance. * Additional Duties: * Occasionally assist with light advertising or promoting specials (such as handing out flyers or greeting customers). * Support servers and other team members during busy times.
