We're seeking a Continuous Quality Improvement Assistant to support quality care, regulatory compliance, and survey and accreditation readiness across our agency.

What You'll Do
- Monitor programs and clinical processes for quality and compliance.
- Support site reviews, survey readiness, service endorsements, and accreditation.
- Review procedures and reports for risks and compliance issues.
- Analyze data and help develop monitoring plans, forms, and reporting tools.
- Prepare meeting minutes, correspondence, reports, and policies.
- Complete training and assigned duties.
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma.
- Word and Excel experience; working knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint, and relevant software.
- Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Independent judgment, ability to follow complex instructions, and timely management of competing priorities.
- Professional collaboration with staff and local and state contacts.
- Valid driver's license, appropriate insurance, and ability to travel for work.
Work Environment and Requirements
Primarily indoor office work and community-based work required. Must lift up to 40 pounds independently and be free from communicable diseases.
