Location: Wilmington, NC | Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays, 2:30 p.m.-8:00 p.m., with some weekend hours available | Hours: Approximately 10 hours per week

About The Role

Universal MH/DD/SAS is seeking a dependable, compassionate Community Support Technician to provide one-on-one Community Living and Supports services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this role, you will help the person supported build independence, participate in the community, and work toward personal goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support in home and community settings.
  • Assist with daily personal needs while promoting dignity, choice, and independence.
  • Teach and reinforce habilitative and independent-living skills.
  • Support participation in meaningful community activities.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
