We are a well-established and stable financial services organization with over 60 years of experience in the Manufactured Housing industry. Our company is focused on delivering reliable lending solutions and is currently enhancing its servicing platform to support continued growth and operational excellence.
Job Purpose: The Loan Servicing Representative will support the day-to-day servicing of a consumer loan portfolio. This position will be located in Memphis, Tennessee (Remote Possible)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Servicing Operations
- Process borrower payments
- Maintain accurate loan records and all activity associated with each account Lead loan boarding and data validation.
Borrower Support
- Respond to borrower inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Support the resolution of borrower issues, complaints, and disputes
Collections and Account Monitoring
- Monitor delinquent accounts and assist with collections outreach efforts
- Follow established procedures for payment reminders and escalation of past-due accounts
- Maintain accurate documentation of borrower communications and collection activities
Compliance and Documentation
- General knowledge of and operate the division in compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and company servicing policies
- Assist with internal audits and quality control reviews
Platform Implementation Support
- Collaborate with senior leadership and vendor support teams on the implementation of a new servicing platform
- Assist in testing system functionality as well as identifying process improvements
- Support development of servicing workflows and procedures within the platform
The position includes all other responsibilities that may be necessary to fulfill the duties associated with the position or as may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of mortgage loan servicing experience
- Strong understanding of loan servicing processes, including payment processing, borrower communication, and account maintenance
- Experience working with loan servicing systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Education / Licensing
- Experience servicing manufactured housing or chattel loans
- Knowledge of The Mortgage Office (TMO) servicing platform
- Experience supporting servicing platform implementations or system transitions
Physical requirements of the job:
- Frequent use of computer, keyboard, mouse and phone during the workday.
- No Heavy lifting is required.
Work Environment:
- Working indoors in an office environment
Travel:
- Minimal travel to Headquarters one to two times per year.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
- In-person attendance is an essential function of this position.

Salary : $36,300 - $54,500
