Responsibilities:
- Receive & Shipping incoming shipments of medical equipment, components, and materials.
- Conduct thorough inspections to verify the accuracy and quality of received goods.
- Accurately complete all necessary documentation for received shipments, including updating inventory systems and maintaining detailed records.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that received items meet established quality standards.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or defects promptly.
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules and address any issues related to received shipments.
- Organize and store received materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Ensure that storage areas are well-maintained, clean, and comply with safety regulations.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in received shipments promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to address any issues affecting the receiving process.
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of receiving data into the inventory management system.
- Maintain real-time visibility of inventory levels.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Receiving Clerk or in a similar role, preferably in the medical equipment industry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling received goods.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and documentation procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy boxes as required.
