What You'll Do:
- Perform general building maintenance, including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and repair projects
- Respond to and complete maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Support preventative maintenance programs to help ensure equipment and building systems remain in good working condition
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection logs, and preventative maintenance documentation
- Assist with ordering, organizing, and managing maintenance tools, supplies, and materials
- Update and close work orders in the maintenance management system, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for residents, visitors, and team members
What You'll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- At least 2 years of experience in carpentry, electrical and plumbing
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
