Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Minneapolis, MN. The FBI Agent will collaborate with security and intelligence teams to investigate potential threats, conduct risk assessments, and enforce compliance with policies and regulations. Daily tasks include gathering and analyzing critical intelligence, participating in field operations, building criminal cases, and assisting in the development of protocols to mitigate biosecurity concerns. The role requires collaboration across multiple departments, proficiency in handling classified information, and adherence to operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and investigative skills, including research methodologies and intelligence analysis
• Proficiency in data interpretation, strategic planning, and developing actionable insights
• Knowledge of biosecurity, genetic engineering, or biotechnology tools and protocols
• Excellent communication, report writing, and teamwork abilities
• Experience working in high-pressure situations with adherence to confidentiality and ethical guidelines
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Biology, Biotechnology, or related field
• Background in law enforcement, security, or counterterrorism is a strong advantage
