We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering and routing incoming calls, providing general administrative support, and managing the office calendar. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to expand their skillset and take on more responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients.
- Answer and direct incoming calls.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Maintain filing systems and databases.
- Organize and maintain office supplies.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintenance of Consumer Records.
