Umbrella Roof is hiring outside sales reps! We are a residential roofing company based in Northeast Philadelphia (Somerton) with service area of Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. We are committed to excellence and being the leader in our industry from a customer service and workmanship standpoint.
To be successful in this role the candidate must have the following skills and abilities:

- Work well under pressure with daily weekly and monthly sales expectations

Sales Rep Duties
- Attend company provided sales lead appointments for retail roofing customers.
- Generate their own business by calling on property owners and managers to acquire new business.
- Being a job-site pro by soliciting the local neighbors at our daily roofing and siding installations
- Meet with homeowners to discuss their roofing problems, inspect their roof and run the sales process.
- Take measurements and pictures to present solutions and close the business.
- Manage expectations of customers and work with operations to ensure a smooth installation of products and services.
- Communicate installs of sold jobs with prodiuction dept. and work in our CRM to update lead flows.
- Visit installations to ensure a smooth project and solicit other local homeowners and get great customer reviews!
The following criteria is required:
- Able to use ladders to safely access and walk roofs.
- Valid driver’s license.
- 1 year of sales experience is required.
- Construction experience in any regard is a plus.
- Roofing sales experience is excellent.
- Comfortable working on mostly commission with part base salary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
