Overview
We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will help grow our brand and connect with potential customers. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting new people, making phone calls, and representing the company in a positive and inviting way. Marketing experience is helpful but not required—we are happy to train the right person who has strong people skills and a willingness to learn.
Duties
- Travel to properties and local areas to promote the company and connect with potential customers
- Interact with new people regularly to identify possible clients and business opportunities
- Make outbound phone calls to introduce our services and follow up with potential customers
- Attend trade shows and other marketing events to represent the company and engage with potential customers
- Assist with advertising and promoting the company in the community
- Assist in creating and editing marketing materials such as emails, posts, and videos
- Use marketing tools and basic computer systems to help organize and support campaigns
Skills & Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong social skills
- Comfortable speaking with new people and building relationships
- Ability to make frequent phone calls and communicate clearly
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive to different locations
- Basic computer skills
- Organized and able to work independently and with a team
- Marketing experience is a plus, but not required — we are happy to train

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
