Aesthetic Injector (RN / NP / PA) – Part-Time / Per-Diem
Umbrella Health is a modern, multi-specialty medical and wellness center located near Union Square, Manhattan. We are expanding our services to include medical aesthetics and IV hydration therapy and are seeking a skilled, patient-centered Aesthetic Injector to join us during the launch phase of this new service line.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced injector looking to grow with a practice, build a loyal patient base, and earn through performance-based compensation rather than a fixed salary.
Position Type
- Part-time / Per-Diem
- Flexible scheduling (initially 1–2 days per week, with growth potential)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including:
- Neurotoxins (e.g., Botox or equivalent)
- Dermal fillers (as appropriate)
- Start IV lines and administer IV hydration therapy
- Conduct patient consultations, assess candidacy, and develop treatment plans
- Obtain informed consent and provide clear pre- and post-procedure instructions
- Ensure patient safety, sterility, and adherence to medical protocols
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the medical director and administrative team
- Support patient education and retention through excellent bedside manner
- Uphold all NYS scope-of-practice, supervision, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active New York State license as RN, NP, or PA
- Formal training and hands-on experience with injectable aesthetics
- Strong IV placement skills (required)
- Knowledge of facial anatomy and injection safety
- Excellent communication and patient rapport skills
- Professional, polished, and patient-first approach
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing patient following (a plus, not required)
- Experience with IV hydration therapy
- Interest in growing a service line and participating in practice development
- Comfort working in a startup-style environment
