Job Description:
We're a growing local vending machine company looking for motivated, self-directed sales reps to help us secure new vending machine locations across the Pontiac and Bloomington-Normal area. This is a 100% commission role great for someone who wants flexible hours, uncapped earning potential, and the satisfaction of building recurring passive income.
What you'll do:
- Identify and approach businesses (offices, warehouses, gyms, apartment complexes, auto shops, laundromats, etc.) as potential vending machine locations
- Pitch property owners/managers on hosting a vending machine at no cost to them
- Get a simple site agreement signed
- Hand off confirmed locations to our team for machine installation
Compensation:
- $150–$300 placement bonus per location, paid once a machine is installed and operating at your signed site
- Ongoing 3–5% monthly royalty on that machine's net revenue
- No cap on the number of locations you can bring in unless its like a thousand
- Get paid faster by bringing in high-traffic, reliable spots
What we're looking for:
- Self-starter, comfortable with in-person/cold outreach
- Reliable transportation to travel around the local area
- Strong communication and basic negotiation skills
- Prior sales, leasing, or route-based experience a plus but not required
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
