Key Highlights
- Provide comprehensive care to critically ill and premature neonates in a high-acuity NICU
- Perform newborn assessments, daily rounds, and ongoing management of neonatal conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with neonatologists and the care team
- Manage patients with conditions such as respiratory distress, prematurity complications, infections, and congenital anomalies
- A Masters degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Eligible or current Massachusetts license, with national certification (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA, as applicable)
- Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration and federal DEA Controlled Substance Registration are required.
