I. Major Responsibilities:
1. Attend daily rounds in the infusion area to discuss patients and flow of day
2. Print out patient medication lists daily
3.Prep upcoming appointments one week prior, and again 2 days prior.
4. Document on every patient - reason for visit, vital signs, height/weight, pain scale, medication update. Ensure MDs are up to date with patient signs/symptoms as needed.
5. Clean rooms after each patient/Stock all rooms weekly

II. Position Qualifications:

License/Certification/Education:
Required:
1. High school graduate or equivalent preferred and certification or equivalent experience required.
2. American Heart Association B.L.S. for health care provider required upon hire or during orientation and every two years thereafter.

Experience/Skills:
Required:
1. No experience required if certified; if not certified, equivalent experience is required.

Preferred:
1. Prior phlebotomy experience

Unless certification, licensure or registration is required, an equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed in this description may be substituted for the above requirements.
