Required Experience
- 5–7 years managing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns and customer communications.
- Hands-on experience with email campaigns, promotions, and operational marketing workflows.
- 1–2 years of field marketing experience or foundational knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Strong project, time, and organizational management capabilities.
- Experience collaborating with creative, product, sales, and leadership teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- Must reside within commuting distance to San Jose, CA.
- Execute multi-channel customer growth campaigns focused on adoption, expansion, and retention.
- Manage field event marketing activities, including coordination with Sales and the Accountant Channel events team.
- Work cross-functionally to manage campaign assets: copy, design, workflows, landing pages, and routing.
- Track and report on program performance using Salesforce, Tableau, and marketing automation tools.
- Maintain lead accuracy, routing, and attribution for all program-driven leads.
- Support budget planning, goal-setting, ROI measurement, and strategic recommendations.
- Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT
- Team: Collaborate with two marketers and partner with sales, events, and broader marketing functions.
Salary : $45 - $50
