Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management & Account Growth
- Develop and expand strategic relationships with Director-, VP-, and executive-level stakeholders within healthcare organizations.
- Drive revenue growth, account expansion, and margin achievement across assigned accounts.
- Understand client business priorities, operating models, value chains, and industry dynamics to shape long-term account strategies.
- Identify new opportunities for AI, GenAI, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping align business challenges with innovative AI-driven solutions.
- Identify business improvement opportunities and develop compelling AI and GenAI use cases.
- Leverage client insights, dashboards, proof-of-concepts, market trends, and industry research to shape solution opportunities.
- Position advanced AI capabilities including LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG architectures, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Collaborate with internal solution teams to create differentiated value propositions.
- Lead proposal development and solution design efforts for complex client engagements.
- Collaborate with consulting, delivery, data science, and engineering teams to develop winning solutions.
- Design commercial models including subscription-based, outcome-based, and value-driven pricing approaches.
- Support contract negotiations and procurement discussions with client stakeholders.
- Build executive-level business cases demonstrating ROI and business impact.
- Partner closely with global consulting, analytics, engineering, AI, and delivery teams.
- Ensure successful execution of pilot programs, proof-of-concepts, and production deployments.
- Help clients transition from experimentation to enterprise-scale AI adoption.
- Represent the full portfolio of AI, analytics, engineering, and consulting capabilities.
- 10–18 years of experience in customer success, account management, consulting, business development, presales, or client engagement roles.
- Proven experience managing and growing enterprise accounts within consulting services, analytics, AI/ML, GenAI, cloud, or digital transformation environments.
- Strong healthcare industry expertise, including healthcare operations, business processes, value chains, and performance drivers.
- Demonstrated success driving executive-level client relationships and account growth.
- Experience developing proposals, solution strategies, and commercial structures for enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate independently at client locations while collaborating with globally distributed teams.

Salary : $150,000 - $190,000
