Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
- Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with precision and accountability
- Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Experience in food handling, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash transactions
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food preparation techniques
- Ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining a lively pace
- Serving or host/hostess experience is a plus for providing seamless guest experiences
