Role Overview
We are hiring a full-time Sales Representative / Account Manager to join our team in Westlake, OH.
This is a fast-paced sales role focused on outbound outreach and customer engagement through phone, email, and online communication. Most sales are closed in a single interaction, followed by ongoing relationship management and repeat business.
If you’re comfortable making outbound calls, confident closing deals, and motivated by commission, this is a strong opportunity to grow with an established company.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell products to new and existing customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and email
- Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
Qualifications / Skills
- Experience as a sales representative (preferred)
- Familiarity with MS Office
- Ability to enter and maintain data in company systems
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven
- Strong communication, selling, and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Knowledge of or experience in the tanning industry (strong plus)
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
