This is a hands-on training role that combines classroom instruction with coaching and mentoring employees on the production floor. The Training Specialist will work closely with Production, Quality, and Safety teams to support employee performance, quality, safety, and manufacturing standards.
What You'll Do

- Working knowledge and experience applying IPC-A-610 standards in an electronics manufacturing environment required.
- Current or prior IPC Certified IPC Trainer (CIT) certification preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing.

- Ability to engage employees and present information in a professional, approachable manner.
- Ability to work effectively with employees from diverse backgrounds and varying levels of experience.
Why This Role?
This position has meaningful ownership over how employees are trained and developed. You'll have the opportunity to:
- Make a direct impact on employee performance, quality, and safety.
- Work both in a training/classroom setting and directly on the production floor.
