Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated B2B Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic outside sales efforts. Your passion for building relationships and driving revenue will be essential to your success.

Duties

  • Engage in proactive outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Manage existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships through effective account management.
  • Conduct business development initiatives, including lead generation, cold calling, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer information, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
  • Present technical product solutions to clients, demonstrating value and facilitating upselling opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and management teams to develop territory strategies and optimize sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and lead generation effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing sales pipelines.
  • Ability to perform product demos and technical sales presentations confidently.
  • Experience in retail sales, inside sales, or cold calling is advantageous.
