Our low-density fluid system allows us to maintain a clean wellbore for our customers during plug drill-out and well bore intervention operations. UltraLite Solutions’ Fluid Technicians accomplish this by providing a unique chemical package with knowledgeable chemistry support, sand separation service, surface fluid volume management, and data recording. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform daily mud checks and monitoring
- Working with laboratory equipment and recording data
- Maintaining and operating equipment such as pumps and generators
- Complete daily reports and Team updates
- Manage equipment and mud inventory on location
- Calculating chemical dosing and wellbore volumes
- Valve and manifold operation to moving fluid from one tank to another
- Represent UltraLite in a professional and safety-oriented capacity
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years Oil & Gas Experience
- Knowledge of water transfer and chemical pumps
- Strong mathematics skills
- Strong Microsoft competency (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions critical
- Flexibility for changing systems required
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting a must
- Prefer Midland residents, but will provide housing for qualified candidates from out of the area
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
SALARY:
$20-25/hr – depending upon qualifications

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
