What You Will Do
- Approve and continuously evaluate supplier quality systems and processes.
- Lead supplier audits and compliance assessments aligned to our internal standards.
- Resolve quality issues with suppliers through root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Measure and report supplier performance metrics; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop, update, and control quality documentation, including inspection plans and formal reports.
- Contribute to cross-functional efforts that support new product development and successful launches.
- Deliver training and guidance to suppliers on requirements and quality best practices.
- Track industry developments and regulatory shifts impacting supplier quality.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related discipline.
- At least 2 years in a supplier quality engineering or similar quality-focused role.
- Solid command of QMS and methodologies such as ISO 9001 and Six Sigma.
- Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both suppliers and internal teams.
- Comfort with quality toolsets and statistical analysis software.
- Ability to travel for supplier audits and on-site assessments as needed.
