What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Electromechanical Reliability Technician position at Ultralife Corporation?
Step into a day on our maintenance team
Your shift begins with a quick scan of the CMMS, prioritizing preventive tasks and any urgent corrective tickets. You’ll move from a semi-automated cell that needs a controls tweak, to a production line showing low yield where you diagnose the root cause using schematics and equipment data. Later, you’ll collaborate with manufacturing engineers to qualify a new machine, review CAD drawings for a fixture update, and coordinate a service contractor’s visit. Before close, you’ll log PM results, parts used, and corrective actions—keeping our operation running smoothly.
What you’ll take on
This opening is available on a split and/or second shift.
What you bring
Compensation decisions reflect a range of considerations, including skills, experience, training, certifications/licensure, and current business needs.
