Work Schedules: Enjoy a consistent schedule with a three-day weekend most weeks! Overtime is scheduled as needed on Fridays and Saturdays.
- Day Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:45 AM to 4:15 PM
- Night Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM
What You Will Do:
- Machine Operation: Operate a secondary weld cell in a metal forming environment.
- Quality Control: Perform part verifications throughout the shift and document results.
- Production Tracking: Track and report production outputs and machine downtime.
- Stamping & Assembly: Assist with stamping operations and product assembly as required.
- Safety: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety regulations.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Prior production welding experience is a plus, but not required. We will provide training.
- Commute: Must have a reliable commute to our facility in Romeo, Michigan.
