What You’ll Do
- Direct and manage a talented team of creative experts, producing compelling visual and written messages that elevate our brand and products.
- Oversee multiple creative projects from concept to completion—set project objectives, brainstorm campaign themes, create sketches, refine ideas, and ensure flawless final deliverables.
- Provide creative direction across all Ultradent departments, both domestic and worldwide.
- Lead all photography and visual direction for the organization.
- Approve marketing materials, campaigns, packaging, photography, presentations, and web content to ensure brand excellence.
- Maintain project timelines and budgets, keeping stakeholders informed with regular status updates.
- Build and manage relationships with vendors and freelancers, acting as a key liaison between creative talent and internal/external clients.
- Foster a culture of creativity and innovation throughout the marketing organization.
- Deep understanding of creative concepts and industry principles.
- Proven ability to perform complex tasks with autonomy and strategic insight.
- Strong leadership experience, including supervising teams of managers and guiding personnel decisions.
- Expertise in departmental policies, performance evaluation, and strategic planning.
- Exceptional visual design skills and a passion for art direction.
- Demonstrated success managing creative departments and agencies.
- At least 10 years of experience in advertising or marketing is ideal, preferably as a Creative Director.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
