Position: Manufacturing Technician

Qualifications: Familiarity with basic mechanical and industrial arts, machining and/or the desire to learn. Ability to follow instructions and work very carefully with expensive materials. Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. Two-year technical degree or equivalent training is desirable. Minimum age: 18 years old.

Job Description: Working with powdered metals, can fabrication and filling, cleaning and prepping metal surfaces, office and lab maintenance, and shipping and receiving.
Will work with following machines:
1) SWECO vibratory screen and AFC powder feeder
2) Ovens and furnaces
3) Horizontal/Vertical ban saw
4) Jib Crane and Overhead Crane
5) Fork truck
6) Drill press
7) Slip rolls
8) Shear
9) Other common tools
Safety: Safety is a priority at Ultraclad. The employee will follow all safety procedures, including wearing a respirator for tasks requiring one. The employee will be required to fulfill any licensing requirements associated with the job.
