This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Salisbury, NC. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will deliver exceptional mental health services, including direct client support, case management, and behavioral health interventions. Daily responsibilities will include conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions, managing client cases, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate documentation of care plans and progress. - Expertise in Social Work and Medical Social Work
- Experience in Case Management and Behavioral Health support
- Strong understanding of Mental Health practices and therapeutic techniques
- Current and valid LCSW licensure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining professional boundaries
- Familiarity with evidence-based clinical treatments and interventions
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
