Job Responsibilities
- Taking orders and preparing alcoholic beverages
- Using proper glassware, garnishes, and recipes
- Salesmanship / upselling
- Upholding and enforcing state liquor
- Being responsible for large amounts of cash and alcohol
- Maintaining good sanitation, cleanliness and organization
- Showing concern for cost and inventory
- Demonstrating fun and excitement
- Recognizing 1st time guest
- Maintaining a safe and responsible bar
